Block paving, tarmac and concrete. Brought back to the colour it was laid in. We do the full surface, the edges and the kerb line, not just the middle where it shows.

02Patio cleaning
Slabs, flags and block-paved patios. Including the joints and the edges. Furniture and pots moved out of the way and put back where they were.

03Soft wash
Render, cleaned not blasted. Low pressure and the right products, so the render is cleaned rather than damaged. Green and black growth is treated at the root, and planting is covered before we start.

04Decking cleaning
Decking you can walk on in winter. Timber decking stripped of algae and the green film that makes it lethal once it gets wet. Cleaned along the grain so the boards are not furred up.

05Walls and brickwork

07Re-sanding and re-grouting
Re-sanding and re-grouting. Fresh sand or grout back into the joints once the surface is clean, so it stays put instead of washing out again at the first heavy rain.

Great work, on time and hard working, not only did my drive look brand new but I had some work done previously and I had a lot of cement stuck to my drive and they got every bit of it off, excellent work and would definitely recommend this company.

I can’t recommend Prime Shine Exterior Cleaning highly enough. They did a fantastic job transforming my garden patio and pathways. The slabs were covered in green algae, slippery, and looked so tired that we were genuinely considering replacing them. After Prime Shine worked their magic, the slabs looked almost brand new. The difference was incredible – all the grime, moss and staining were completely removed, and the whole garden looks brighter and much more inviting. How much does it cost?
It depends on the surface, the size and how bad it is. That is why the quote visit is free: we look at the actual job and give you a real price rather than a number plucked out of the air. No obligation to go ahead.
What is the quote visit?
We come to the property, look at what needs cleaning, and give you a price. We allow 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the services you choose, and it costs nothing. Booking it online just saves the back and forth.
Will pressure washing damage my paving?
Not if the pressure is matched to the surface. Some surfaces should not be lanced at all, which is what soft washing is for. We work that out on the visit before anything gets switched on.
Do you re-sand block paving afterwards?
Yes, if you want it. Cleaning lifts the old sand out of the joints, so putting fresh kiln-dried sand back in helps keep weeds down and the blocks stable. Tell us on the booking form and we will include it in the price.
Do I need to be in?
For the quote visit it helps, so you can point out anything you are worried about. For the work itself, usually not, as long as we can get to an outside tap and the area is clear.
Do you cover my area?
We work across Rhyl, Kinmel Bay, Prestatyn, Dyserth, Denbigh, Abergele, Bodelwyddan, St Asaph, Llandudno, Chester and surrounding areas. If you are near the edge of that, ask anyway.
