Driveway cleaning in Rhyl and across Denbighshire
Block paving, tarmac and concrete brought back to the colour it was laid in. We do the full surface, the edges and the kerb line, not just the middle where it shows.

What we clean, and how it differs by surface
Block paving. The dirt sits as much in the joints as on the blocks. Cleaning lifts the old jointing sand out with it, which is why re-sanding afterwards matters more on block paving than on anything else. Left empty, the joints take weeds first and let the blocks shift second.
Concrete and imprinted concrete. Even, consistent pressure, because concrete shows every line you leave in it. Imprinted concrete usually wants resealing after a clean, which is a separate job we will tell you about rather than quietly add.
Tarmac. Lower pressure. Tarmac is bound with bitumen and too much pressure strips the surface and lifts the loose chippings out.
What actually comes off
Green algae and the black spotting that sits on north-facing and shaded drives. Moss out of the joints. Weeds at the edges and along the kerb line. Oil marks where they will lift, and we will say on the visit if they will not.
Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my driveway?
Not if the pressure is matched to the surface. Tarmac and older concrete take less than block paving does. That is one of the things the quote visit is for.
Do you re-sand block paving afterwards?
Yes, if you want it. Cleaning lifts the old sand out of the joints, and fresh kiln-dried sand is what keeps the blocks locked together and the weeds down.
Do I need to move my car?
Yes please, and anything else on the drive. If that is difficult, tell us when you book and we will work around it.
Want a price for this?
