Soft wash

Soft wash in Rhyl and North Wales

Green growth and staining can change the look of a rendered wall. We look at the finish and its condition at a free quote visit, then explain the cleaning approach and price.

The finish comes first

Render finishes vary, so the cleaning approach needs to suit the surface. Tell us about any damaged areas, previous repairs or paintwork when you enquire. The quote visit is a chance to check the wall and discuss what cleaning can achieve before you decide.

Tell us about your render

K-Rend and other through-coloured renders. If you know the product name or have care instructions, mention them when arranging your quote.

Monocouche. Tell us which areas need attention and whether there are any cracks or previous repairs.

Pebble dash and roughcast. A photo can help show the texture, affected areas and access to the wall. You can add photos when booking, or discuss the job with us first.

Common questions

How will you clean my render?

The approach depends on the finish and its condition. We assess the wall at the quote visit and explain the proposed cleaning method before work is agreed.

What if I have plants beside the wall?

Please mention nearby planting when you enquire so we can discuss the site and any precautions needed at the quote visit.

Can you clean painted render?

Usually. It depends on the paint and its condition, which is what the quote visit is for.
